Activities:
Costing:
• Validate Consol MAP COGS in BI system to ensure accuracy in monthly sales report at month-end closing
• Analyze production cost and logistic cost, cooperate with supply chain to optimize
• Analyze raw material purchase cost and provide optimization proposal
• Review consumption tax /duty applied in SAP and ensure correct cost calculation
• Perform SAP MAP checking on daily basis,analyze production order variance for 3 plants to discover the root reason of
MAP change
• Maintain SAP Inter-company sales markup rate in SAP to meet tax requirement, analyze the Inter-company sales markup to monitor with the EBIT target
• Support in MAMBO projects to improve cost accuracy and automation in BI and SAP(COPA&PCA)
• Validate saving result in cost saving project from finance perspective
• Responsible for Consol MAP COGS actual trend by product preparation
• Analyze COPA margin and drilldown cost components to provide clear comments
• Support costing manager to develop Lubricant Consol costing schemes
• responsible for cost quotation to meet AO business requirement
• Ad-hoc tasks
Financial Analysis:
• CAPEX financial controller including planning, budgeting and forecasting & daily budget control to align with group investment strategy
• Depreciation estimation and tracking for expense control purpose
• Thorough analysis of sales activities and margin performance in RFQ/Tendering/ Special Price/ Sales Contract campaign
• Ad-hoc tasks
BP Roles:
• BP roles for TECH/IT to provide financial related data support
• Deliver training, sharing or workshop on finance knowledge during daily operations
• Provide solid suggestions from finance perspective on the process improvement

Qualifications:
• BS degree in accounting or economy(or equivalent) or above is required
• Strong proficiency in SAP &other PC applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT) with an exploration
and understanding of data analysis techniques
• Good analytical, report writing& excellent communication and interpersonal skills (eye for details)
• Ability to work independently with minimum direction
• Willing to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines
• Being a strong team player;
• Quick learning ability and proactive approach to tasks
• Solid professional knowledge in costing, sound understanding of manufacturing environment and production
process
• Proficient in both English and Chinese
• 3+ years working experience in the costing
