仓库高级专员（发货）

1、 了解仓库所有物料收、贮存的操作步骤、GMP 法规和工作 SOP。

Understand the operation procedure, GMP regulation and work SOP for all materials in warehouse,

2、 负责物料的装卸、搬运、出库等。

Responsible for loading, unloading, handling and delivery of materials.

a) 月底协助进行货物的盘点，需做到账货相符。

Assist in the counting of goods at the end of the month, ensure the consistency of accounts and goods.

b) 协助发货组主管完成仓库所需的必备工作。

Assist the delivery group in completing the necessary work required for the warehouse.

3、发货相关数据准确的录入SAP系统。

Record the delivery data accurately into SAP system.

4、严格遵守公司的安全制度，合规制度，确保工作中“诚实敬业，安全第一”。

Strictly abide by the company's safety system and compliance system to ensure "Honesty, Dedication and Safety First" in work.

5、接收并完成上级领导交代的其他工作任务。

Receiving and completing other tasks assigned by superiors.

6、负责仓库培训协调，员工的GMP资质认证及维护，确保相关文件的及时培训。

Responsible for warehouse training coordination, GMP qualification certification and maintenance of employees, and ensure timely training of relevant documents.

7、负责仓库文档管理，确保现场相关管制文件是发行最新版本,使用后的表单及时复核归档。

Responsible for warehouse document management, ensure the latest version of relevant control documents on site, review and archive the used forms in time.

8、仓库管理部公共盘权限维护，准时参加公司的合规会议及相关培训。

Maintain the authority of the public disk of the warehouse management department, attend the company's compliance meeting and relevant training on time.
