Clerical Officer (Public sector, 2-year contract)

The technical outsourced support staff of the Building Condition Survey Team (BCST) support the team's daily operations by consolidating and cleaning collected building information, and then inputting the data into various systems for use, this shall include data controlled by others, per management agreement.

Responsibilities

Assist in consolidating and cleaning data from both internal and external parties;

Input the collected data into various systems;

Compile data collected from building condition surveys and other rehabilitation studies;

Perform any other related activities as may be assigned by the supervisors from time to time.

Requirements

Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in geo-informatics, building surveying, building studies or construction-related discipline;

Not less than 2 years' work experience in the above relevant fields;

With Geo-Information System (GIS) knowledge or experience preferred.

Sensitive mind on data and figures

Good team player, possesses personal drive and result orientation

Good computer skill in particular Microsoft Word, Excel with understanding on AI applications
