About the company
Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for a (Senior) Business Manager for their Branch Digitalization & AI Transformation position for their retail banking team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Business, you will formulate end-to-end digital transformation and AI strategies on various retail banking and Omni-channels, including branch, contact center, online banking etc. You will act as a channel owner to take lead and initiate roadmap on innovative development on branch digitalization to enhance business performance. You have to generate new ideas in implementing competitive fintech solutions and enhancing customer journey from market research, business planning to execution. In addition, you are required to originate new fintech development and other AI-related projects aiming at driving business revenue and productivity for the bank.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, eCommerce or other related disciplines.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in digital transformation in branch and Omni-channels with good project management skills.
Good business sense and knowledgeable in driving innovative branch setup required.
Strong understanding of digital trends in banking industry with experience in leading creative and AI based business plans.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
