Quality Team Leader(Incoming Inspection)

Mission使命:

As a team leader for incoming inspection, you should ensure the precise execution of daily inspection tasks but also proactively identify issues, analyze root causes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the team, optimizing inspection processes, and enhancing overall efficiency and product quality, serving as a critical link in our supply chain quality assurance.

作为一名检验主管，你不仅需要确保日常检验任务的精确执行，更能主动发现问题、分析根本原因，并主导持续改进项目。您将负责领导团队，优化检验流程，提升整体效率与产品质量，成为我们供应链质量保证的关键一环。

岗位职责包括但不限于：

1. Manage the daily operations, workload allocation, and performance evaluation of the IQC team, and coach team members to improve their inspection skills，problem-solving capabilities.

负责进货检验团队的日常管理、工作分配与绩效评估，并培养团队成员，提升其检验技能与问题解决能力。

2. Ensure all incoming materials are inspected according to established standards and procedures, optimize the recording and analysis of inspection data to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance quality control.

确保所有按照标准和程序进行检验，并优化检验数据的记录与分析方式，通过数据驱动决策，提升质量管控水平。

3. Oversee the handling of critical quality issues, including the isolation, identification, review, and disposition of non-conforming products.

监督关键质量问题的处理，包括不合格品的隔离、标识、评审与处置。

4. Lead or participate in root cause analysis for supplier quality issues and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

主导或参与供应商质量问题的根本原因分析，并推动其制定纠正与预防措施。

5. Proactively identify bottlenecks in the existing inspection processes, propose solutions and carry out project improvements.

主动识别现有检验流程中的瓶颈，提出方案并进行项目改善。

6. Introduce new inspection methods, tools, or technologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

引入新的检验方法、工具或技术，以提高检验的准确性和效率。

7. Organize the inspection of samples and the formulation of method, manage inspection records and related documents.

组织样品的检验和方法的制定，并管理检验记录及相关文件。

8. Manage the 5S of the inspection area and be responsible for the management of inspection equipment, including calibration/usage status, etc.

管理检验区域的5S，并负责检验设备的管理，包括校准/使用状态等。

Competence and qualification

岗位任职能力与资格要求：

Experience Requirements经验要求

• At least 5 years relevant working experience, including 2 years managerial roles and experience in all aspects of quality control in manufacturing enterprises.

5年以上相关工作经验，其中2年以上制造企业质量管理工作经验

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

• University degree in Mechanical engineering or related area.

机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历

• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, GD&T, and using measurement equipment (e.g., Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges).

精通机械图纸、公差与测量设备（如卡尺、千分尺、高度规等）的使用。

• Familiar with quality control tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan).

熟悉质量控制工具（如8D， FMEA， SPC， 控制计划）。

• Good command of English both oral and writing.

良好的英语口语和写作能力

• Knowledge of MS Office.

熟悉办公软件。
