Senior Controller Software Engineer

It will be your mission to deliver high quality engineering services to the product teams in the different departments in China, many centralized in Wuxi.You will be the bridge between the Airpower development team and all Chinese product companies.You need to build a strong relationship with all the product engineers.

Your Responsibilities ｜主要职责

1.Analyze the functionalities of our machines and together with the machine experts and project leaders develop new control and monitoring applications.

分析设备功能需求，并与设备专家和项目负责人共同开发新的控制与监测应用程序。

2.Develop, implement and maintain the controller software for the embedded controllers which are used in Atlas Copco products, such as compressors, dryers, etc.

开发、实施并维护 Atlas Copco 产品（如空压机、干燥机等）所使用的嵌入式控制器软件。

3.Develop industrial bus communication functions to communicate with external devices, such as VSD drivers, sensors and so on.

开发工业总线通信功能，实现与变频驱动器（VSD）、传感器等外部设备的通讯。

4.Support software testing, troubleshooting and issue investigation during product development and validation, report results and follow up project team lab tests.

在产品开发和验证过程中支持软件测试、故障排查及问题分析，汇报测试结果并跟进项目团队实验室测试工作。

5.Well manage the progress of the projects, create and manage the related documentation, such as specifications and software design documentations.

有效管理项目进度，并编制和维护相关技术文档，如功能规格说明书及软件设计文档等。

6.Develop and maintain expert knowledge in the field of compressor control.

持续积累并维护压缩机控制领域的专业知识。

7.Collaborate closely with global development teams to design, develop, test and maintain the controller software projects.

与全球研发团队紧密合作，共同完成控制器软件项目的设计、开发、测试和维护工作。

Experience Requirements ｜经验要求

1.Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial controller software development or automation control software development based on IEC61131-3 platforms.

具有至少3年工业控制器软件开发经验，或基于 IEC61131-3 平台的自动化控制软件开发经验。

2.Strong experience in IEC61131-3 Structured Text (ST) programming, such as Codesys, TwinCAT or similar controller development platforms, with the ability to develop robust, maintainable and reusable software.

熟练掌握 IEC61131-3 Structured Text（ST）编程语言，如 Codesys、TwinCAT 或类似控制器开发平台，能够开发稳定、可维护且可复用的软件。

3.Solid understanding of object-oriented software design principles; experience with OOP features in IEC61131 platforms is preferred.

扎实掌握面向对象软件设计原则；具有 IEC61131 平台 OOP 开发经验者优先。

4.Knowledge of C# / C++ software development is considered an advantage.

具备 C# 或 C++ 软件开发经验者优先考虑。

5.Familiar with industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, CANopen, OPC UA, etc.

熟悉 Modbus、CANopen、OPC UA 等工业通信协议。

6.Familiar with automation control systems, sensor integration, signal processing, PID control and system testing.

熟悉自动化控制系统、传感器集成、信号处理、PID 控制及系统测试等相关技术。

7.Basic knowledge of GUI / HMI / SCADA systems.

具备 GUI、HMI 或 SCADA 系统基础知识。

8.Familiar with Git version control workflows. Able to standardize code version iterations, ensure traceability and support collaborative development.

熟悉 Git 版本控制流程，能够规范代码迭代管理，确保代码可追溯性，并支持团队协作开发。

9.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot controller software, communication issues and system behavior during development and testing.

具备较强的分析和解决问题能力，能够在开发和测试过程中快速定位并解决控制器软件、通信及系统行为相关问题。

Knowledge ｜知识要求

1.Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English, both oral and written, is a must.

普通话为母语，并具备良好的英语听说读写能力。

2.Knowledge of MS Office.

熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件。
