you develop and maintain quick and professional operations for customer needs and requires about the custom design projects from different CCs.

you develop and maintain reliable products which add value where customers need it and ensure in time delivery of high quality, SHE and energy saving custom designed products.

you ensure implementation of cost-conscious lean design and innovate for cost leading solutions. On product design you implement actions that allow us to have lower product cost than competition.

Build a strong competent team, which takes ownership of their products and takes quick action to support our goal to have the most reliable products.

2.Develop lesson learned culture within and beyond your team and manage processes to safeguard re-use of knowledge.

4.Collaborate closely with different colleagues in different companies and departments to create a joint direction across team boundaries.
5.Lead the development of new projects based on the requirement from the market, following up the committed time/cost and quality requirements.
6.Contribute to in time delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
7.Support resourcing activities and ensure quality of components of new suppliers.
8.Lead the continuous improvement in line with our mission for cost leadership and lean design principles.
【Experience requirements】
1.Minimum 5 years product design in engineering.
2.Experience in project management is a must.
3.Experience in oil injection screw compressor is a plus.
4.Is well acquainted with the IAT Air Products and Atlas Copco Compressor Technique organization (minimum 3 years’ experience within the Oil-inject Air product company).
5.Leadership experience in a professional engineering environment
6.Smooth with IT tools such as BPCS（SAP will be plus）, Excel, Word, Enovia...
【Knowledge/Educational requirements】
1.University degree or above, major in mechanical/Elec. engineering or related area.
2.Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
3.Good software skills (MS Office), understanding of CAD software and ERP systems.
4.Familiar with DFMEA, safety review and related legal requirements.
