Technical Support Engineer (Philippines)

岗位职责
1. Responsible for on-site inspection, fault diagnosis, machine repair, debugging and spare parts replacement of photovoltaic and energy storage equipment for local distributors and installers.
2. Respond to on-site technical and after-sales demands from partners in a timely manner, complete work order records, daily sorting and data reporting.
3.Provide professional technical and operational training for local customers, deliver on-site technical guidance, and standardize customers’ on-site construction and equipment operation specifications.
4. Collect on-site failure data and customer feedback, summarize common problems, and feedback to headquarters for product and service optimization.
5. Count on-site spare parts demand, follow up replacement progress, and ensure smooth after-sales delivery.
6. Escalate complex technical faults to headquarters, follow up solutions and complete on-site implementation.

岗位要求
1. Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in New Energy, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. Fluent in English for independent on-site communication and customer docking.
2. Work Experience: More than 2 years of relevant technical after-sales experience. Candidates with PV inverter or energy storage equipment on-site maintenance experience are preferred.
3. Core Qualities: Strong customer service awareness and sense of responsibility, with excellent learning ability and on-site problem-solving ability.
4. Competencies: Good on-site communication and coordination skills, able to independently handle on-site faults and customer demands, and work under pressure.
5. Others: Passionate about the new energy industry, willing to work long-term in the Philippines and grow with overseas business.
