岗位职责
1、Provides timely and thorough documentation of raw data (e、g、parameters, results, observations) as well as basic evaluation and interpretation、 Communicates observations openly, clearly, and accurately;
2、Recognizes and proactively communicates experimental issues, input on deviations and unexpected results from experiments;
3、Supports the selection and optimization of the appropriate solid form and/or particle and powder properties, which are ultimately fit-for-purpose for both DS and DP, with due consideration of the development phase of the product;
4、Strongly supports scientific excellence in materials science, including proactively addressing, proposing, and implementing solutions for basic problems in own work area and openly communicates complex problems with proposed options to address、Seeks proactively for support and coaching from MatSci Experts/Functional leads or other colleagues during the whole process;
5、Engages in scientific excellence and provides sound supportive scientific input to s MatSci Experts and as necessary, other colleagues;
6、Optimizes existing methods and procedures, reproduces, and follows published and established methods;
7、Actively performs simple safety and literature searches under direction of relevant and experienced team members;
8、Fully utilizes and operates alongside traditional approaches, specialized technologies and automation equipment; applies digital approaches, including modeling, throughout the development phases of assigned projects;
9、Supports all appropriate scientific, strategic and governance meetings, such as risk analyses, peer review, gating and process challenge meetings;
10、Diligently maintains oversight of all activities being performed internally for assigned projects within portfolio、 Ensures optimal usage of assets and equipment to best serve project needs consistently and with high quality;
11、Maintains optimal laboratory infrastructure, including instrument/equipment maintenance and keeps record of laboratory chemicals, intermediates, excipients, and solvents within areas of responsibility;
12、Makes sure that all deliverables are achieved against agreed project timelines and meeting quality expectations, capitalizing on collaboration with MatSci colleagues such as MatSci Specialists/Scientist and/or MatSci Experts/Functional Leads, and beyond e、g、, subject matter experts in PHAD and/or CHAD;
13、Actively supports the transfer of procedures and knowledge exchange within the unit;
14、Contributes to organization and project strategic priorities and goals;
15、Supports scientific and business-relevant internal and cross-functional activities, initiatives, networks, technology platforms;
16、Uses good organizational skills to foster ability and agility to work on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders concurrently, whilst adhering to tight timelines and operating flexibly and with a sense of urgency in environments with a high degree of uncertainty and those where quality is paramount;
17、Is comfortable to make fast judgements where minimal scientific information may be available in consultation with MatSci Expert/Functional Lead;
18、Fully adheres to all relevant Novartis Policies and Guidelines;

岗位要求
1、Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Particle Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience;
2、Direct experience in crystallization and particle engineering is preferred;
3、Hands-on experience in solid form characterization, and crystallization, including techniques such as FBRM, PVM, Raman, and FTIR, as well as data quality assurance;
4、Ability to design and execute laboratory and pilot-scale studies to generate high-quality data for model development and validation、

1、Familiarity with the development of robust manufacturing processes that deliver DS independently;
2、Provides practical laboratory support (including scale-up laboratories) under the guidance of an Expert for a create and supply activities;
3、Strong technical communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration and presentations/publications.
