Packaging Technician

岗位职责
1、Coordinate packaging activities with ECM manufacturing teams;
2、Support RSR, PSR, validation builds, and packaging trial run;
3、Review packaging artwork, specifications, BOMs, and TD-drawings;
4、Maintain packaging documentation and change management records;
5、Track and resolve packaging issues with suppliers and ECM partners;
6、Collect trial data and support engineering reports;
7、Facilitate communication between Taiwan Packaging Team and manufacturing operations;
8、Basic statistical knowledge & support basic quality data analysis, issue tracking, and reporting to facilitate packaging trial execution;
9、Support ECM coordination activities and facilitate communication between Kimberly-Clark, ECM partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams;
10、Provide urgent execution support to meet accelerated project timelines;
11、Monitor project progress, track open issues, and drive timely closure of action items.

岗位要求
1、Associate or bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, Mechanical, Materials Science or related field;
2、2+ years packaging, manufacturing, engineering, or ECM support experience preferred;
3、Strong communication and coordination skills are required;
4、Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment;
5、Proficient in Microsoft Office & AUTO Cad applications;
6、Basic English reading and writing capability preferred.
