Technical Business Analyst, Supply Chain Solutions

岗位职责
1、Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements;
2、Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
3、Design and develop system solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives;
4、Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions;
5、Work closely with developers to implement and enhance system functionalities;
6、Provide support during system deployment and post-implementation;
7、Translate retail business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, including workflows, data flows, and system integrations;
8、Maintain documentation of system processes, user manuals, and technical specifications;
9、Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance systems;
10、Provide timely and effective support for production systems to ensure uninterrupted operations;
11、Manage and resolve issues through the ticketing system, prioritizing and escalating as necessary;
12、Investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence;
13、Monitor production systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.

岗位要求
1、Analytical skills to investigate and resolve technical issues effectively;
2、Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal;
3、Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents simultaneously;
4、Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and a genuine passion for the System Analyst role;
5、Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT Business Analyst experience;
6、Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
7、Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications;
8、Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
9、Proven experience in a production support and requirement gap fit analysis, with a strong ability to manage ticketing systems;
10、Proficiency in coding languages (e、g、, Java, C#, Python) and familiarity with development frameworks;
11、Use tools like Power BI/ Tableau/ Excel/ SQL to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making;
12、Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Collaboration(ecVision), ERP (SAP or similar), and other supply chain platforms;
13、Experience in retail industry or fashion industry is a plus.
