BD Manager

岗位职责
1、Responsible for the business growth target for P&A B&I categories new seller growth in Guangzhou & Shenzhen；
2、Deep dive local industry to connect eBay to grow our new sellers；
3、Work with 3rd party vendors or agency to develop local cross boarder trading environment and create a sustainable growth for our business；
4、 Account management for 1 year new sellers to support sellers expand eBay business；
5、Focus on driving business in US, UK, DE, AU；
6、 Focus on driving P&A B&I business.

岗位要求
1、Bachelor degree. Major in Business, Economics, automotive as a plus;
2、Experience as sales manager, sourcing manager, channel development manager as a plus. Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written);
3、10+ years working experience with Sales, Marketing, channel management, Supply Chain Management in automotive industry;
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
5、Strong execution and project management;
6、Self-motivated and able to learn and work with minimal supervision;
7、Customer oriented, Result driven, Innovative and Open-minded.
