财务分析

岗位职责
1、Partner with Sales, Operations, and O2C to support financial daily to daily cash collection, PD reduction and contract proceeding;
2、Prepare management reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs、 Buildup & enhance financial models/bowler to provide timely & better visibility;
3、Monitor financial performance against targets and identify risks and opportunities;
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, Closing and reporting accuracy;
5、Bad debt reserve forecast, review, and reconciliation;
6、Ensure compliance with internal controls and healthcare regulatory requirements where applicable.

岗位要求
1、Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
2、3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analysis, preferably within healthcare or related industries;
3、Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools (e、g、, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle);
4、Experience working with large datasets, including contract, offering, service-level data, and translating them into actionable insights;
5、Solid knowledge of P&L management and financial planning processes;
6、Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-financial teams;
7、Fluency in English (written and spoken);
8、High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
9、Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link financial results to service delivery and drive growth/outcomes;
10、Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving, lean thinking mindset;
11、Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment;
12、Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with Commercial, operation, OTR, Controllership and legal team;
