LDC Project Specialist – Commercial

岗位职责
1、Drive and support the deployment and go-live of Vistex system in S/4 Hana by leading requirement gathering, coordinating solution design, supporting SIT/UAT testing, and managing post go live hypercare, ensuring stable system performance and smooth business adoption;
2、Coordinate the end-to-end management of distributor rebate processes, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and full compliance with corporate standards;
3、Support the management of all contracts with external distributors while facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and develop online e-sign platform;
4、Execute additional assignments as directed by the team, contributing to cross-functional objectives and organizational success.

岗位要求
1、Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in pharmaceuticals, business management, information technology, or related fields preferred;
2、Language Skills: Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of independently handling international client relations;
3、Strong logical thinking capabilities with the ability to analyze problems independently and provide solutions;
4、Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry;
5、Familiarity with SAP system operations and experience in systems development projects are preferred;
6、Passion for teamwork, with strong interdepartmental communication skills to effectively drive project progress.
