Innovation Project Lead

岗位职责
1、Own and drive the full project lifecycle of flagship EI programs (iDEA-TECH Awards, iAwards) delivering against quality, timeline, and budget commitments;
2、Shape and explore new External Innovation initiatives in China, expanding Sanofi's innovation footprint in the local R&D ecosystem;
3、Lead cross-functional coordination across China and global teams for scientific talent programs, high-profile forums, and strategic external events;
4、Orchestrate stakeholder engagement — driving communication with internal and external partners, KOL consulting, KOL mapping, and academic partnership development;
5、Ensure rigorous compliance governance across all EI and External Engagement projects.

岗位要求
1、5+ years of project management experience in complex, matrixed organizations;
2、Master's or above in biology, pharmacy, or related life sciences;
3、Network within the external innovation ecosystem — academia, biotechs, startups, investors, and/or government bodies;
4、Adaptable and autonomous — thrives in ambiguity, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to pivot priorities in a lean, fast-moving team;
5、Strong influencing and communication skills — able to align diverse stakeholders without direct authority; fluent in English and Chinese;
6、Working knowledge of IP, legal, and compliance frameworks relevant to R&D collaborations;
7、Medical, clinical research, or translational medicine background is a strong plus — particularly for evaluating scientific proposals and engaging credibly with academic KOLs and hospital-based researchers.
