岗位职责
1、Develop, optimize and execute in vitro SAR assays to evaluate small molecule candidates;
2、Demonstrate expertise in increasingly complex techniques including but not limited to cell culture, optimization and execution of cell-based assays;
3、molecular biology (RNA/DNA isolation and analysis), western blot, immunostaining;
4、Analyze and interpret experimental data to the project team;
5、Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records in alignment with data integrity expectations and ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and safety guidelines.

岗位要求
1、BS in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or a related field with a minimum of 2 years lab research experience;
2、Experience in drug discovery research, ability to design, execute and interpret complex experimental studies across a wide range of laboratory techniques;
3、including cell culture, optimization and execution of cell-based assays, and molecular biology;
4、Expertise in using automated liquid handling system is highly desirable;
5、Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet timelines while maintaining high-performance standards.
