Global Research Associate

岗位职责
1、Support Japan-based analysts in the coverage of listed Japanese companies and sectors;
2、Build and maintain financial models, earnings forecasts, and valuation analyses;
3、Analyze company filings, earnings reports, industry developments, and macroeconomic trends;
4、Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and thematic publications;
5、Participate in company meetings, earnings calls, conferences, and industry events;
6、Monitor news flow and identify developments relevant to investment recommendations;
7、Conduct data gathering and market research using Japanese-language sources;
8、Coordinate effectively with analysts, sales teams, and other stakeholders across locations;
9、Support responses to client inquiries and marketing activities related to research products;
10、Communication with product management team.

岗位要求
1、Bachelor's or Master's degree;
2、Strong financial modeling and analytical skills;
3、Knowledge of Japanese accounting;
4、Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines;
5、Strong written and verbal communication skills;
6、Prior experience in equity research, investment analysis, or financial services is preferred;
7、Professional proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, is required;
8、Ability to read and analyze Japanese company disclosures, earnings materials, and industry publications;
9、Comfortable communicating with Japan-based analysts and stakeholders in Japanese;
10、English proficiency is required to create English report and PPT as well as for collaboration across the broader regional research platform.
