Warehouse & Logistics Operator

岗位职责
1、按照订单、SOP、GMP、GxP、HSE 及安全要求，完成收货、上架、拣货、发料、转运、装卸、包装、标签及出货准备等仓储物流工作；
Execute goods receipt, put-away, picking, dispensing, transportation, loading, unloading, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation in accordance with logistics orders, SOPs, GMP, GxP, HSE, and safety requirements;
2、按批准程序执行或支持物料取样，确保物料状态、批号、数量、库位及相关记录准确、完整、可追溯；
Perform or support material sampling according to approved procedures, ensuring material status, batch numbers, quantities, storage locations, and related records are accurate, complete, and traceable;
3、及时、准确完成发料、退料、报废、物料转移及库存调整等 SAP 系统操作，确保 SAP 系统库存与实物库存一致；
Complete SAP transactions accurately and promptly for sampling, material issuance, returns, scrap, material transfers, and inventory adjustments, ensuring consistency between SAP and physical inventory;
4、 参与周期盘点、年度盘点及库存差异调查；发现数量、标签、批号、库位或系统数据异常时，及时上报并配合处理；
Participate in cycle counts, annual stocktakes, and inventory discrepancy investigations; promptly report and support the resolution of quantity, labeling;
5 、安全、规范使用叉车、手动液压车、电动搬运设备、PDA、及其他物流设备，并完成日常点检；
Safely and properly operate forklifts, hand pallet trucks, powered material-handling equipment, PDAs, and other logistics equipment, and perform daily checks;
6、负责责任区域的 5S 或 6S、清洁、物料定置、辐射垃圾及废弃物分类及合规处置，保持现场整洁、有序和检查准备状态；
Maintain 5S or 6S, cleanliness, material placement, radioactive waste segregation, and compliant disposal in the assigned area, ensuring a tidy, orderly, and inspection-ready workplace;
7、严格遵守 GMP、数据完整性、质量体系及安全环保要求；仅在完成培训并获得授权的范围内执行相关工作；
Strictly comply with GMP, data integrity, quality-system, safety, and environmental requirements; perform activities only within the scope of completed training and authorization;
8、主动识别并报告质量、安全、环境及合规风险，支持偏差、CAPA、审计及持续改善活动；
Proactively identify and report quality, safety, environmental, and compliance risks, and support deviations, CAPAs, audits, and continuous-improvement activities;
9、与质量、生产、计划及其他相关部门保持及时、清晰的沟通；
Maintain timely and clear communication with Quality, Production, Planning, and other relevant functions.

岗位要求
1、1-3年工作经验，具备较强的学习能力，能够快速学习并掌握岗位操作规程；具备较强的学习能力，能够快速学习并掌握岗位操作规程、GMP 要求、质量体系及 SAP 等系统操作；
