Desk Support : Credit

岗位职责
1、通过对交易对手开展信用及财务分析，为前台业务团队提供支持，包括业务模式、行业动态、财务表现、现金流预测及市场可比公司分析等方面的研究；Support Front Office teams through credit and financial analysis of counterparties, including business models, industry dynamics, financial performance, cash flow forecasts, and market comparables;
2、结合基本面信用分析与市场洞察（包括收益率及信用利差分析），协助评估信用投资机会；Assist in evaluating credit opportunities by combining fundamental credit analysis with market insights, including yields and credit spreads;
3、支持投资组合的持续监控，跟踪企业动态、业绩表现、信用事件及市场趋势，识别其对投资组合可能产生的影响；Support ongoing portfolio monitoring by tracking company developments, earnings, credit events, and market trends to identify potential portfolio implications;
4、协助开展交易对手尽职调查，包括组织客户电话会议、管理层会谈、实地考察等相关工作；Assist with counterparty due diligence by organizing client calls, management meetings, and site visits etc;
5、运用人工智能（AI）及提示词工程（Prompt Engineering）技术，开发宏观经济指标分析工具，并监测相关市场动态；Leverage AI and prompt engineering techniques to develop macroeconomic indicators and monitor relevant market developments;
6、与交易员及风险管理团队紧密合作，为投资组合风险管理及仓位配置决策提供分析支持；Work closely with traders and risk managers to provide analytical support for portfolio risk management and positioning decisions;
7、支持各类临时性业务需求、投资组合管理工作及战略项目推进；Support ad hoc business, portfolio, and strategic initiatives.

岗位要求
1、数学、工程、统计、金融、经济、法律、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历；Strong academic background, preferably in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Law, or a related quantitative discipline;
2、具备优秀的定量分析、问题解决及沟通表达能力；Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products and explain them clearly;
3、能够独立完成分析报告、业务文档及演示材料的编制；Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality analysis, documentation, and presentation materials;
4、具备团队协作精神，可与销售、交易、结构设计、技术及控制职能团队紧密合作；Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with Structuring, Sales, Trading, Technology and Control stakeholders across regions;
5、熟悉 Python、SQL；掌握 C++、Java、MATLAB、R 等编程语言者优先；Working knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred; experience with C++, Java, MATLAB, R, or similar programming languages would be an advantage;
6、熟悉 Tableau、Power BI 等数据分析及可视化工具者优先；Experience with data analysis, automation or visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms would be beneficial;
7、对金融市场、衍生品及结构性产品有一定了解；Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives or structured products is preferred, though strong quantitative candidates with willingness to learn will be considered;
8、具备金融机构相关工作或实习经验者优先；Prior work experience (including internship) in banks , securities firms and other financial institutions will be a plus;
9、中英文沟通能力良好；Language proficiency - English and Mandarin.
