MSAT原液实验室高级工程师(下游纯化)

· 主导项目实验设计、实验数据整理，产生明确结论 Capable of leading project study design, data analysis and summary.

· 主导完成实验室规模下游验证批生产, 并在内外部项目会更新实验进展，回答客户问题 Capable of leading lab-scale downstream verification run. updating project study data in external/internal meeting, and communicating with client.

· 独立进行下游小试操作，包括但不限于层析（含方法编辑、方法运行）、膜过滤操作（深层过滤、除病毒过滤、UF/DF）、装柱和柱效测定、小样纯化等 Capable of performing all downstream unit operations, including but not limited to chromatography (unicorn method editing and execution), filtrations (depth filtration, viral filtration, and UF/DF), column packing, column efficiency tests and one-step purification via drip column.

· 独立操作离心、稳定性试验 Capable of performing supporting activities, including centrifugation, in-process hold stability.

· 能够作为SME负责1-2项实验操作培训和/或仪器培训 Functioning as SME and trainer for 1–2-unit operations and/or equipment.
