岗位职责
1. Lead the recruiting team to deliver global recruitment projects, including but not limited to sourcing, resume screening, interview, salary negotiation, hiring, on-the-job maintenance, and career counseling.
2. Manage the recruiting team, coach and train recruiters to create a recruiting team that can punch, learn, and have a professional bottom line.
3. Other related matters.
任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Good interpersonal communication skills, patient, and have a good sense of service.
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to adapt to an all-English working environment.
4. Self-driven and problem-solving oriented.
5. At least 5 years of global talent acquisition experience, familiar with global mainstream recruitment channels and methods, strong cross-cultural communication skills, overseas experience (study, living, working, expatriate) or overseas project management experience is preferred.
