Integration Engineer-Simulation&Modelling

Brief description of the position:

VCTC integration team has their modeling team to ensure the concept and overall integration testing regarding to the VW electrical and electronic architecture, the Position of simulation&modelling is responsible for integrate SoftECU, physics and VD (vehicle dynamics) Modelling including RBS into VW HiL environment.

Key Tasks:

Serving as the department's liaison with the various suppliers for the test stands and obtaining the latest information on the Modeling from market

Responsible for the continuous develop and debug Modelling technology on HiL test bench.

Gathering the ECU technical information from technical department and Vendor

Support for realization of the test equipment update with Vendor

Responsible for integrate SoftECU, physics and VD (vehicle dynamics) Modeling into HiL environment.

Responsible for Modelling of SoftECU, physics and VD (vehicle dynamics)

Responsible for commissioning and optimization the Models of current situation

Responsible for calibration of models of testbench

Responsible for analysis of offline and online Modelling results

Responsible for using AI technology to empower the simulation model

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education: Full-time Bachelor's degree or above. in major electronic, automation or similar

Working experience: 5 years or above professional experience in the field of ECU development and ECU software programming and testing; 3 years or above experience with modelling on the HiL test bench and AI Tool

Knowledge, skills and others: Communication and organizational skills; Very structured and organized way of working; Satisfy with ECU Application development and coding skill. Familiar with Modelling tools like: CANoe RBS, Matlab simulink, Simscape, stateflow, Carsim or Carmaker Familiar with the basic principles of Machine Learning and Deep Learning Proficient in Python, with a foundation in C/C++
