AI全栈工程师

岗位主要内容：

利用AI技术和前沿工具快速完成产品原型（PoC）的设计与开发。

探索并实践工业智能体（Industrial Agent）相关解决方案，助力从概念验证到工程化落地。

参与AI、软件、设备与工业场景的融合创新，开发面向项目/服务的应用工具

要求：

硕士及以上学历

自动化/控制工程/机器人工程等相关专业

具备良好的编程基础，熟悉 Python 或其他主流开发语言

对软件开发、AI技术和智能制造领域有浓厚兴趣

具备较强的动手实践能力，热衷于把创意快速转化为原型和产品。

具备主动学习能力和创新意识，乐于探索新技术和新工具

优先考虑

具有AI应用开发、机器人、自动化控制、软硬件工程化相关项目经验

在相关开发竞赛中取得优秀成果

Responsibilities

Leverage AI technologies and cutting-edge tools to rapidly achieve proof of concept(PoC) / prototypes .

Explore and implement Industrial Agent solutions, contributing innovations from proof-of-concept to production-ready deployment.

Involvement in the integration of AI, software, hardware, and industrial scenarios, developing application tools for projects and service operations.

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in Automation, Control Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related disciplines.

Solid programming skills, with proficiency in Python or other mainstream programming languages.

Strong interest in software development, AI technologies, and intelligent manufacturing.

Hands-on mindset with the ability and enthusiasm to transform ideas into working prototypes and products.

Self-driven learner with an innovative mindset and a passion for exploring emerging technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Project experience in AI application development, robotics, automation and control systems, or software-hardware engineering and integration.

Outstanding achievements in relevant programming, engineering, robotics, innovation, or technology competitions.
