游戏社区经理[刺客信条] Community Advocacy Manager [Assassin's Creed]

岗位职责
About the Role
As a Community Advocacy Manager at Ubisoft Shanghai, you will build and support a network of advocates for Assassin’s Creed. You’ll connect players and creators with our teams, keep advocates informed about updates and opportunities, and bring player feedback into our community work.

What you’ll do
- Build and run an advocacy program for existing and new community members
- Recruit and onboard player advocates and creators, including streamers, fansite contributors, cosplayers, and podcasters
- Coordinate updates, opportunities, and rewards for advocates, including activities on Discord
- Work with the Community Developer and Global Content Creator Manager to share advocates’ needs
- Moderate community discussions and respond to questions and feedback
- Plan contests and community events, including virtual meetups, webinars, live streams, and prize delivery when needed
- Engage with players across social media and community platforms, and direct customer support requests to the right teams
- Monitor player sentiment, trends, and concerns, and share insights and regular reports with internal teams
- Share community updates during live events, outages, and other time-sensitive situations
Monitor leaks and emerging issues and relay relevant information to internal teams
- 建立并运营社区倡导项目，维护现有成员并吸引新成员
- 招募并引导玩家倡导者和内容创作者加入项目，包括主播、玩家网站创作者、角色扮演创作者和播客创作者
- 协调面向倡导者的游戏动态、参与机会和奖励，包括在 Discord 上开展的活动
- 与社区开发负责人和全球内容创作者经理合作，传递倡导者的需求
- 管理社区讨论，回复倡导者的问题和反馈
- 策划竞赛和社区活动，包括线上见面会、网络讲座和直播，并在需要时跟进奖品发放
- 在社交媒体和社区平台与玩家交流，并将客服问题转交相关团队
- 关注玩家反馈、社区趋势和主要问题，定期向内部团队提交报告
- 在游戏线上活动、服务中断等需要及时沟通的情况下，发布社区动态
- 关注内容泄露和新出现的问题，并向内部团队传递相关信息

岗位要求
What you bring to the team
- Experience in community management, ideally in entertainment or video games
- Experience with online moderation, Discord, and social media management tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, X, and TikTok
- Familiarity with gaming communities and how players connect online
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
- Ability to work with partners across teams in a changing environment
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills

- 具备线上内容管理和社区交流经验，熟悉 Discord 和社交媒体管理工具
