AI Project Manager

We are now looking for a Program Manager – AI Enablement & Strategy to join our AI Enablement & Strategy team in Shanghai. In this role, you will help turn AI opportunities into practical solutions, build capability across the organization, and ensure that AI is adopted responsibly, effectively and at pace.

You will work closely with business leaders, technology teams and colleagues across China and internationally to create measurable impact through AI.

About the Role

As Program Manager, you will lead strategic and cross-functional AI initiatives from opportunity identification through

implementation and scaling.

Your focus will be to connect business priorities with AI capabilities, platforms, and ways of working. You will define enablement roadmaps, establish clear governance, support teams in adopting enterprise AI and create the conditions for experimentation to become sustainable business value.

The role combines strategic leadership, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and practical enablement. You will operate across functions and geographies, building alignment and momentum without relying on formal authority.

You will report to the Head of AI Enablement & Strategy and be based in Shanghai, China.
