About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Site Operations Specialist to keep our R&D Testing Center running at peak efficiency. You will cover shared operations including equipment/tool, warehouse and consumables management, so that engineering teams can deliver high-quality vehicle programs on time.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, roll out and maintain unified process, standards and templates for equipment/tool, warehouse and consumables management.

Build and iterate supporting LCNC/PowerApps systems to ensure operational data traceability.

Break team silos, consolidate shared operational tasks and eliminate redundant work across TRET groups.

Monitor operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide team training on new processes & tools.

Manage shared inventory & resource allocation;

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.

Master's degree preferred.

Experience

3+ years of experience in automotive testing, vehicle development, or laboratory operations.

Hands-on exposure to one or more of the following: powertrain testing, NVH, durability, EMC, environmental, or vehicle-dynamics testing.

Experience coordinating multi-team projects in a matrix organization is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with data acquisition systems and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Proficient in MS Office; experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools is a plus.

Basic data analysis skills (Excel pivot tables, Power BI, or equivalent).

Soft Skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple parallel priorities under pressure.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Customer-service orientation when working with internal engineering teams.

Languages

Fluent English required.

Chinese (Mandarin) strongly preferred for China-based roles; additional languages a plus.
