参与工业AI相关算法研发

部分参与算法模型训练、微调、评估

要求：

硕士及以上学历

计算机科学/人工智能/数学/统计学等相关专业

在Machine Learning/ Data Mining /垂直领域模型/小语言模型 方向有扎实基础

动手能力强

满足以下任意一项者优先：

顶刊论文发表

ACM或数学建模类竞赛获奖

有过算法类实习经验

Industrial AI Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities

Contribute to the research and development of industrial AI algorithms(incl. mathematic algorithm) for industrial applications.

Involvement in the model training, fine-tuning, validation and optimization.

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Machine Learning, Data Mining and Vertical AI model / SLM.

Strong analytical thinking, and hands-on execution skills.

Self-motivated, curious, and eager to tackle challenging problems in industrial AI.

Preferred Qualifications

Track record of research excellence demonstrated through publications in premier journals or conferences.

Recognition in prestigious competitions such as ACM programming contests, mathematical modeling competitions, or equivalent technical challenges.

Prior internship experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or algorithm engineering.
