Retail Manager

Responsibilities

Retail Sales Management:

· Perfect implementation on all brand initiatives, main priorities and brand strategies in store with proper presentation, coordination, collaboration both internally and externally.

· Evaluate and identify business opportunities and provide proposals and solutions both internally and externally.

· Report and collaborate timely with sales manager for all retail objectives through daily communication and reporting process. Lead both regional and local incentives to motivate team with smart investment.

· Tracking Sell out and follow up with orders delivery to ensure stock coverage sufficiency.

· Monthly data summary, feedback and analysis; competition analysis, shop trend analysis and cultivate action plans to further improve sell out performance.

· Monthly brand ultimate store report to HQ with clear feedback, actions and support needed.

Counter Operation Management:

· Regularly store visit to monitor sell out trend, stock level, merchandising displays, products mix, retail price and take corrective measures when necessary.

· Implement & fully responsible for the merchant guideline execution including visual change, VM tools update, planograms update according to the merchant guideline and send pictures to team.

· Feedback and provide store level insight to merchant team for any business opportunities to improve operation efficiency, shopper flow, brand image enhancement.

Requirements

· 5-7 years’ experience in retail industry, preferably with beauty brands.

· Experience in the supervision and management of team

· Good Computer literacy-Word/PowerPoint/Excel
