岗位描述
1. 负责跨境电商相关的国际物流业务的日常法律风险评估，为产品开发、链路设计、业务决策提供法律意见和可落地的解决方案。
Conduct day-to-day legal risk assessments for cross-border e-commerce related international logistics, and provide legal advices and actionable solutions for product development, service-chain design and business decisions.
2. 负责物流相关各类协议的起草、审核、谈判与全流程管理，确保合同条款符合内外部要求，并通过持续优化升级不断降低合同风险。
Handle the drafting, review, negotiation and full-lifecycle management of various logistics-related agreements, ensuring contract terms comply with internal and external requirements, and continuously optimize and upgrade them to reduce contractral risks.
3. 跟踪物流相关国内外法律法规与监管政策动态（海关与进出口合规、国际货物运输、贸易合规等），分析法规变化，为业务提供解决方案，确保合规运营。
Track logistics-related legal, regulatory and policy developments at home and abroad (customs and import/export compliance, international carriage of goods, trade compliance, etc.), analyze regulatory changes and provide solutions for the business to ensure compliant operations.
4. 协助处理境内外物流相关监管事件、消费者投诉争议、平台纠纷和其他异常事件，配合对接外部律所，跟进事件处理，以案促改，维护公司合法权益。
Assist in handling domestic and overseas logistics-related regulatory incidents, consumer complaints and disputes, platform disputes and other abnormal events; support the engagement of external counsel and follow up on case handling, driving improvements from cases to safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests.
5. 负责对应法域境外主体设立及运营过程中的具体法律事务，参与主体设立必要性评估与设立落地，就主体适用的业务场景、所需资质牌照及各场景下的合规义务提供法律意见，并配合业务、财务、税务团队识别与防控运营中的法律风险。
Handle specific legal matters in the establishment and operation of overseas entities in the assigned jurisdictions; participate in assessing the necessity of incorporation and in entity formation; provide legal opinions on applicable business scenarios, required licenses and permits, and compliance obligations in each scenario; and support business, finance and tax teams in identifying and mitigating operational legal risks.
6. 开展内部法律支持与合规培训，解答业务部门法律咨询，参与法务合规制度与流程建设。
Provide internal legal support and compliance training, respond to legal inquiries from business teams, and participate in building legal and compliance policies and processes.
岗位要求
1. 法学本科及以上学历，具有海外教育背景或工作经验者优先；持有中国或其他法域法律职业资格者优先考虑。
Bachelor's degree or above in Law; overseas education or work experience is a plus; holding a legal professional qualification in China or another jurisdiction is preferred.
2. 英语可作为工作语言，能独立完成英文合同的起草、审阅与谈判，听说读写流利；掌握其他语言能力者优先考虑。
English as a working language — able to independently draft, review and negotiate English contracts with fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
3. 具备 3–5 年法律相关工作经验，有知名律师事务所执业经验，或大型企业（尤其是跨境电商、物流、供应链、货代行业）法务部门工作经验者优先考虑。
3–5 years of relevant legal work experience; prior experience at a well-known law firm, or in-house experience of MNC (especially in cross-border e-commerce, logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding) is preferred.
4. 逻辑思维缜密，具备较强的独立工作能力、法律分析能力和解决问题的能力，能将法律风险转化为业务可执行方案；学习和接受新事物的能力强，能适应跨文化、跨时区协作；对 AI 工具赋能法务工作有兴趣或经验者优先。
Rigorous logical thinking, strong ability to work independently, solid legal analysis and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate legal risk into actionable business solutions; a fast learner open to new things, able to collaborate across cultures and time zones; interest or experience in applying AI tools to legal work is a plus.
