Bioinformatics Lead

工作内容
Objectives:
-Design and oversee bioinformatics strategies and analytical frameworks for
multi-omics data, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics,
epigenomics, single-cell, and spatial omics.
− Lead the development and application of computational methods for target identification/validation, mechanism-of-action studies, and translational research.
− Drive biomarker discovery and patient stratification efforts to support precision medicine and companion diagnostics development.
− Integrate and interpret diverse datasets (preclinical, clinical, real-world, and
public databases) to inform drug development decisions.
− Keep abreast of emerging bioinformatics, AI/ML, and computational biology technologies and evaluate their application to company programs.

Experience:
−Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Systems Biology, or a related field.
− 5+ years of experience in bioinformatics/computational biology, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
− Proven track record of applying bioinformatics to drug discovery and/or translational medicine, ideally with experience in oncology
− Hands-on experience with multi-omics data analysis and integrative analysis in a translational/clinical setting.
− Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python, and familiarity with bioinformatics pipelines and tools.
− Experience with high-throughput sequencing data analysis (bulk and single cell), including NGS, RNA-seq, WES/WGS, and related technologies.
