Expert Pathologist

工作内容
Objectives：
− Pathologic and biomarker evaluation support for pre-clinical and clinical studies.
− SME in clinical pathology, providing strategic consultation with biomarker,
pathology expertise, and medical understanding for clinical teams.
− Responsible for scoring algorithm development, and cutoff definition.
− Responsible for training programs for laboratory scientists in Biomarker
evaluation.
− Responsible for training and supervision for external outsourced pathologists when it's needed.

任职条件
−MD, and/or PhD, major in Pathology
− Certified clinical pathologist
− At least 5 years working experience in hospital, pharmaceutical companies, or third-party clinical laboratories.
− Good knowledge in IHC, FISH, etc.
− Good knowledge in ISO15189, CAP, GCLP principles.
− Excellent written/verbal communication skills, and project management skills
