Senior Automation Service Engineer

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Be responsible for debugging, commissioning, validating, and handing over electrical and control systems.

· Program and debug Atlas Copco tightening workstations and provide service support.

· Program and adjust PLC and vision systems, and test their signals.

· Collect and share experience and knowledge within the zone service team in a timely manner.

· Provide technical support to field service engineers and technicians as requested.

· Coordinate technical meetings to drive the analysis, tracking, and resolution of key issues within the zone through to closure.

· Support the escalation of quality issues, the implementation of solutions, and follow-up activities.

· Support the national technical support specialist in creating and optimizing training materials.

· Troubleshoot on-site issues and install products when requested.

· Be responsible for customer callbacks, technical support, and problem analysis and resolution.

· Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Follow up on customer complaints and provide feedback.

· Raise red flags when business or technical risks arise.

· Submit work orders and reports accurately and on time, as required.

· Continuously learn and develop competencies in line with business strategy and requirements.

· Be responsible for managing service tools and equipment registered in your name.

· Strictly comply with customers’ safety, health, environmental, and data security policies.

· 根据要求及时、正确地提交工单和报告

Education & Experience

1. A college degree or higher in automation, mechatronics, electrical automation, robotics engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in industrial automation equipment debugging and electrical development. Outstanding recent graduates are also welcome and may receive training.

2. Proficiency in programming and debugging mainstream PLCs (Siemens, Inovance, etc.); familiarity with industrial robot debugging and the debugging of 2D/3D vision system applications; and proficiency in process setup and precision calibration for intelligent tightening tools.

3. Familiarity with the electrical control principles of automation equipment; an understanding of MES system interface logic and industrial communication protocols (such as Profinet and Modbus); and hands-on experience in integrated equipment debugging and data interfacing.

4. The ability to read electrical schematics, proficiency in using CAD and other drawing tools, and the ability to independently debug single-station automation equipment.

5. The ability to accommodate project-related business travel and on-site commissioning assignments; strong hands-on, troubleshooting, and learning skills; and a conscientious, responsible, rigorous, and meticulous approach to work.

6. Experience in debugging robotic automatic tightening workstations and assembly automation equipment is preferred.

教育和经验要求：

1、大专及以上学历，自动化、机电一体化、电气自动化、机器人工程等相关专业，3年以上工业自动化设备调试、电气开发相关经验。

2、熟练掌握主流PLC编程及调试（西门子、汇川等），熟悉工业机器人调试、视觉系统（2D/3D）应用调试，精通智能拧紧工具的工艺设置与精度校准。

3、熟悉自动化设备电气控制原理，了解MES系统对接逻辑与工业通讯协议（Profinet、Modbus等），具备设备联调、数据对接实操经验。

4、能读懂电气原理图，熟练使用CAD等绘图工具，具备独立完成单站自动化设备调试的能力。

5、可适应项目出差、现场驻场调试，具备良好的动手能力、问题排查能力和学习能力，工作认真负责、严谨细致。

6、有机器人自动拧紧工作站、装配自动化设备调试经验者优先。
