测试工程师

岗位职责：

1、与设计工程师合作，完成IC测试程序的开发及产品的失效分析工作；

To work with design engineers and application engineers to complete the development of IC testing procedure and finished product failure analysis.

2、配合产品应用工程师，完成测试程序的优化工作；

To cooperate with product application engineers to optimize testing procedures.

3、配合测试代工厂，完成产品的测试加工工作；

To complete the testing and processing of products by cooperation with testing plants.

4、熟悉IC产品的QA架构，完成产品的QA工作。

Familiar with the QA systems for products and to finish the QA-related work.

岗位要求：

1、电子、通信、仪器仪表类本科以上学历，熟悉电子线路的基本知识；

能读懂专业的产品英文资料；

Bachelor degree or above, majored in electronics, communication, instruments and meters; Familiar with the basic knowledge of electronic circuits, able to read and understand professional product materials in English.

2、2年以上中测或成测经验；

Over 2 years 'experience in wafer tests or packaged products tests

3、能独立调试产品；Able to test products independently.

4、有一定的模拟电路，C++程序基础；

With certain knowledge of analog circuits and C++ program.

5、熟悉ASL1000，ETS等至少一种测试机；

Familiar with at least one test machines including ASL1000, ETS, etc.

6、熟悉Protel, PADS等至少一种PCB LAYOUT软件；

Familiar with at least one software for PCB layouts including proteolipids.

7、具有敬业精神，良好的团队合作精神和较强的沟通能力。
