主要职责
1、负责落实公司质量要求在OEM，并组织定期监督审核实施结果；Responsible for quality requirement to integrate into OEM, and check for implementation regular.
2、对OEM设定年度审核计划，并组织实施，落实，并推动持续改进。
Set up yearly audit plan and follow up as well as audit finding improvement continuously.
3、主持客户对于工厂审核。并负责审核结果的跟踪。
Fully responsible for customer audit in Ormand follow up the Action improvement.
4、负责OEM相关工程更改事宜。日常处理产线客诉及MRB，及关键问题的改进。
In charge PCN which related to OEM. Deal with customer complaint which related OEM, and line MRB disposition.
5、及时有效地向QA总监反映有关产品、流程及质量体系中现存或潜在的问题；
Timely and effectively reflect the existing or potential problems in products, procedures and quality system to the QA Director.
6、客户拜访,客户审核以及供应商审核，供应商拜访；
Customer visit, customer review. Supplier visit, supplier review.
7、定期提交质量报告；
Submit quality reports regularly.
8、完成质量总监交代的其他事情。
Complete other tasks set by the QA Director.
主要要求
1、10年左右晶圆厂供应商管理经验
Around 10 years foudry supplier management experience
2、熟悉国内外晶圆厂供应商情况，有一定的晶圆厂PIE/PE工作经验
Familiar with global foundry supplier situation, having experience with PIE/PE work experience
3、知晓IATF16949以及质量五大工具APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC, FMEA；
Know IATF16949 and five quality tools APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.
4、针对汽车电子产品，能够使用VDA6.3对供应商进行审核；
For automotive electronic products, VDA6.3 can be used to audit suppliers.
5、电子、工程、半导体材料等相关专业本科以上学历,硕士研究生优先；Bachelor degree or above in electronics, engineering, semiconductor materials or related disciplines; master degree is preferred.
6、良好的英语口语及书面能力；
Good oral and written English skills;
7、熟悉质量报告,并可以撰写，分析8D的能力,了解FA流程；
Candidates Familiar with quality reports, ability to analyze 8D, knowing FA process preferred.
8、能承受额外压力工作；
Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
9、良好的沟通能力和带领团队的能力；
Able to undertake extra stressful work.
10、具有IC，设计，生产制造，过程管理经验者；
Experience in IC, design, manufacturing, process management is preferred.
11、乐于学习新技术，自主进取，有较快的学习接受能力。
Willing to learn new technology with self motivation and faster learning ability.
12、至少10年的半导体行业质量管理的经验；
At least 10years’ experience of quality management in semiconductor industry.
13、熟悉ISO9001，TS16949，具有审计资格；
Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949 and with audit qualifications.
