工作内容
1. Oversee the implementation and ongoing adherence to the company's global data protection policies, ensuring alignment with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, PIPL, PDPO) and regulatory frameworks;
2. Draft, review and advice on applicable privacy impact assessments, agreements and notices where appropriate;
3. Proactively track global regulatory developments, formulate actionable compliance strategies to company;
4. Provide legal advice and support in a wide range of compliance matters including data protection and other compliance matters.

任职条件
1. Bachelor Degree in Law or any other legal related subjects;
2. At least 3 years' PQE or legal experience in data/privacy law practice;
3. Prior experience in TMT industry preferred; CIPP/E credential is a plus;
4. Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English is a must;
5. Self-motivated, independent, organized, able to work under pressure, responsible and attentive to details;
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
