Routing & Pricing Manager (Voice & A2P)

工作内容
1. Responsible for international voice and A2P SMS routing and pricing operations;
2. Manage termination and operational costs across global destinations, execute voice/SMS traffic routing, and maintain international numbering plans for worldwide destinations;
3. Build and update pricing tables, develop tiered wholesale pricing schemes, and provide sales support for China Telecom sales teams;
4. Investigate and resolve SMS‑related service disputes;
5. Define functional requirements for pricing and routing systems, and collaborate with system vendors to enhance system capabilities to satisfy business requirements;
6. Coordinate with the Network Operation Center (NOC) to process fault tickets for international wholesale voice services;
7. Conduct periodic business performance analysis and produce corresponding reports;
8. Engage with customers and drive enterprise SMS service sales.

任职条件
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Management, Finance or Economics;
2. Minimum 3‑years of working experience at incumbent or competitive telecommunications operators;
3. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
4. Capable of delivering against tight deadlines, multi‑task efficiently, with solid organizational and communication competencies;
5. Self‑motivated, well‑organized team player;
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
