Brief description of the position:

Ensure financial stability of VWA and DSSO by steering and controlling overarching financial topics of both entities. Steer financial budgeting & forecasting and provide financial statements and analyses to ICV Hub top committees, including trends and key performance indicators for strategic decision-making. Involvement to and contribution to negotiations with government regarding Subsidies.

Key Tasks:

Coordinate and steering VWA/DSSO planning round/Budget process under consideration of financial target from Region China.

Consolidate, analyze and report financial result for strategic and operative planning rounds (PR.SP & PR.OP).

Consolidate, analyze and report financial result of Budget, monthly actual & forecast, chance and risks of VWA/DSSO.

Monitor and report VWA/DSSO liquidity situation and funding requirement, working capital management.

Preparation of ad-hoc reports/ tasks to support the decision making process for ICV HuB management.

Conduct the economic & financial feasibility study and strategic Business Cases. Provide comments and recommendations to BoM and ICV Hub top committee for business decisions.

Define the transfer price between VWA and DSSO.

Tracking, steering government subsidy related to VWA, DSSO and VCTC.

Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.

Qualification and skills:

Finance or Business Administrative (bachelor/master degree) major in Finance, Controlling and Accounting.

Working experience:

1-3 Years Experience

Knowledge, skills and others:

Project leading experience & Confidence in dealing with interfaces

Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems

Ability to drive changes and execute plan on operational level

Excellent cooperation/communication skills, team player

Strategic mind-sets, quick thinking and handling, proactive & responsible

Willingness to travel within China and to HQ locations

Strong command of English, German/Chinese

MS Office skills / SAP or IT System knowledge are required
