Position Name: Automation

Your Responsibilities:

Participate in the process of MES development system, including mechanical structures, control systems, sensors, actuators, etc.

Responsible for the installation, and commissioning of automated systems to ensure they meet design requirements and production needs.

Optimize and improve existing automated systems to improve production efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.

Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of automated systems to ensure proper operation.

Provide training and guidance to operators and maintenance personnel to ensure they have the ability to operate and maintain automated systems.

Provide technical support for automation issues encountered in the production process, assist in solving various technical problems.

Our Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Thorough understanding of automation theory, control systems, sensors, actuators, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and other related technologies.

Understanding of mechanical components, drive systems, and material properties to design automation systems that work in conjunction with mechanical equipment.

Familiarity with electrical components, circuit design, and electrical safety regulations.

Ability to integrate different hardware and software components into a cohesive automated system.

10+ years electrical maintenance Experience, including 5+years in battery equipment maintenance.

Fluent English

Office application software, and Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, and automation control software and tools.
