AI Deployment Testing

Brief description of the position:

This position is responsible to drive AI adoption and usage within VCTC-Y. This role focuses on integrating AI tools into development processes and enhancing usefulness of AI through digital platforms. It will be a tech early adopter for new AI model ideas that can be used for the Power Train Testing and foster a culture of innovation.

Key Tasks:

Responsible to identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools to streamline development processes and improve efficiency.

Responsible to assess IT requirements (infrastructure, security, compliance) for AI tool adoption.

Responsible to compile and clean specific testing data sets to train AI-driven solutions for the power train development on the basis of LLMs, SLMs, agentic AI or other AI models.

Responsible to constantly update the usable AI models with the latest developments on the AI market, exchange with developers for new trends and evaluate possible innovations for the AI use in the development process.

Design and maintain digital platforms (e.g. wikis, databases, intranets) to centralize and share organizational knowledge and develop frameworks for capturing, organizing, and disseminating best practices, lessons learned, and technical documentation.

Responsible for the compatibility of various AI models in the development process and the integration of the various models into WingCore/PowerSpace.

Support in creating training material for the employees on how to use the AI tools in the development.
