Job Summary
As a Brake Control Function System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating brake control systems for next-generation vehicles, focusing on Brake-by-Wire (BBW) technology. You will work on electro-hydraulicor electro-mechanical braking systems, ensuring safety, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Design & Development
• Define and develop brake control functions for Brake-by-Wire (BBW) systems (e.g., EHB, EMB).
• Define function requirement for redundant Brake control system and BBW, including ABS, ESC, d/TCS, CRBS, PF, VAF...
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. ADAS, Powertrain, HMI…) to ensure cross system requirements are met.
2. Simulation & Testing
• Perform vehicle-level validation and fine-tune control strategies for optimal performance.
• Review (HiL testing) and Analyze test data (vehicle testing) and troubleshoot issues related to braking performance.
3. Requirements & Standards Compliance
• Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), SAE J3061 (Cybersecurity), and FMVSS/ECE regulations.
• Support to develop DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) andsafety concepts.
4. Collaboration & Documentation
