Integration Engineer - Senior Web Application Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Web Product to streamline our software development, testing, and release processes. You will play a critical role in driving automation, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Tasks:

• End-to-End Web Development: Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle. Design intuitive UI/UX interfaces and architect secure, high-performance back-end APIs. Deploy applications to cloud environments (Ali Cloud) using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• System Maintenance & Reliability: Proactively maintain and upgrade the web application. Diagnose and fix complex production bugs, refactor legacy code for better performance, and implement new feature requests based on business needs.

• DevOps & Pipeline Management: Serve as a champion for CI/CD health. Continuously monitor build and deployment pipelines, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, write automated test scripts, and ensure zero-downtime deployments.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered seamlessly with different stakeholders to define system requirements, conduct code reviews, and execute integration testing, reducing deployment friction and accelerating time-to-market.

• System Performance & Scalability Optimization: Conducted comprehensive performance profiling and load testing to identify system bottlenecks. Optimized database queries, implemented caching strategies (e.g., Redis), and configured auto-scaling policies, resulting in a reduction in API response time and the ability to handle concurrent users.

• Security Implementation & Compliance: Integrated industry-standard security best practices into the application architecture. Implemented secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2/JWT), mitigated common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), and managed sensitive credentials via vaults

• Technical Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Authored and maintained comprehensive technical documentation, including API references (Swagger/OpenAPI), architecture decision records (ADRs), and troubleshooting runbooks. Facilitated internal tech-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities and reduce onboarding time for new engineers.

• Observability & Proactive Monitoring: Designed and implemented comprehensive observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to track system health and application performance metrics. Established proactive alerting mechanisms that reduced Mean Time to Detection (MTTD) for critical incidents.

• Agile Leadership & Technical Mentorship: Actively participated in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) to drive continuous process improvement. Mentored junior developers through structured code reviews and pair programming, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and accelerating team velocity.

Required Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Similar

• Working experience: At least 3-5 years full-stack (Python Web Backend and Frontend Development) Experience, familiar with at least one development framework including FastAPI, Flask, Django, and Go

• Knowledge, skills and others:

• Proficient in JavaScript, Ajax and other Web development technologies, HTML/XHTML, CSS and other web page production technology, familiar with page architecture and layout, familiar with at least one development framework, including VUE, React, etc • Familiar with the compatibility processing of various browsers, as well as the performance optimization of HTML+JS; • Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub or similar, plug-in development experience is preferred • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,Ali) and deploying applications in cloud environments
