Product Specialist-KA

Mission

Your mission is to drive sales of assigned product lines and provide pre-sales supporting as technical expertise to maximize the sales opportunity.

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Drive and support sales through campaign, market analysis, sales opportunity identification, solution sharing & case study, and etc.

Working closely with sales team & project team to meet customer’s needs.

Responsible for the selection of standard product solutions and the design selection of non-standard accessories including bit, vacuum adapter and nozzle etc.

Act as a role of knowledge center about product, application and solution, be responsible for technical support, problem solving, product training to sales and customers etc.

As an automation expert, be responsible for providing technical solutions and addressing technical issues related to automation projects for customers or MTBs. Assist sales in increasing the success rate of automation projects.

Be responsible for ELE KA customer’s project supporting, tightening problems solving and analyzing the root cause of tightening issues, writing FA report and analysis report.

Be ready to take up new tasks as assigned.

· 负责标准产品方案的选型和非标附件包括批头、真空适配器、吸嘴等的选型设计

· 作为产品、应用和解决方案的知识中心角色，负责对销售和客户的技术支持、问题解决、产品培训等

· 作为一个自动化专家，负责对接客户或者线体商的自动化项目的技术方案和技术问题，帮助销售提高自动化项目的成功率

· 负责电子行业大客户的项目支持、拧紧问题解决和拧紧问题的根本原因分析，编写FA报告和分析报告

· 随时准备接受指派的新任务

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Automation engineering

Minimum 3 years of technical support or application working experience in automation electronic industry or equipment debugging experience in electronic segment.

Familiar with the mechanical design and common automated mechanisms

Familiar with MES application environment

Familiar with automation knowledge

Familiar with PLC programming is a plus.

Experience in non-standard mechanical design and electrical control software is a plus

Industrial marketing experience is a plus.

Industrial tools experience is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

Mechanical and electrical knowledge

Extensive knowledge of manufactory, production methods and industry trends, knowledge of automotive industry will be a plus.

Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawings

Industrial assembly experience is a plus.

· 熟悉MES应用环境

· 熟悉自动化知识

· 具备工业市场营销经验者优先考虑

· 具备工业工具经验者优先考虑

知识技能：
