Main Responsibilities：
•Develop strategies and processes to ensure that total quality is promoted throughout the company
•Act as the company's expert on quality management and provide any necessary training and advise to managers and staff to ensure that they pursue the objectives of total quality management and continuous improvement.
•Provide advice and guidance to the company, its managers and staff on any regulatory aspects of total quality management.
•Lead internal quality controls and improvement in all process.
•Interface with customers to resolve Warranty quality issues, dealing with customer complain.
•Initiate, control and evaluate corrective and preventive actions with impact on products, processes and the quality management system.
•Drive continuous improvements.
•Lead other duties, such as internal audit, management review, 2nd and 3rd party audit, perform urgent audits if needed.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience ：
Educational requirements
•Bahelor's degree or above .
•Good at written English, can oral english. prefer CET4.
Experience requirements
•3~ 5 years working experience on Design or ME or quality controal or SQE.
•Good at office tools, like Excel/Work/PPT/Teams/Out Look/Power BI, and SAP.
•Good knowledge & experience in mechanical techniques process (Casting, machine, Assembly, Welding)
•Can read Drawing and know all the marks.
