Production Planner

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Scheduling & Planning

Develop and maintain detailed master production schedules (MPS) based on customer orders to ensure customer delivery on time.

Monitor daily production progress and alert if there is any gap or risk.

Lead daily and weekly production planning meeting

2. Inventory & Data Management

Analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations; manage safety stock parameters.

Identify bottlenecks and work with related departments to process improvements

Maintain accurate data within the ERP/MRP system.

3. Capacity plan

Manage short term and long term production plan and check capacity internally to make sure no risk in future.

Monitor Capacity gaps till solved

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in Automotive is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP systems.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on root-cause analysis.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with shop floor staff, management, and suppliers.

Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

岗位职责：

一、生产排程与计划管理

根据客户订单编制并更新详细主生产计划（MPS），保障订单准时交付；

跟进每日生产进度，一旦出现产能缺口、交付风险及时预警上报；

主持召开每日、每周生产计划例会。

二、库存与数据管理

复盘库存水位，规避断料缺货或库存积压问题，设定并管控安全库存标准；

梳理生产瓶颈节点，联动各部门落地流程优化改善；

保障 ERP/MRP 系统内业务数据完整、准确录入与维护。

三、产能规划管理

统筹短期及中长期生产计划，完成内部产能负荷校核，提前规避后续生产风险； 全程跟进产能缺口问题，直至问题闭环解决。

任职要求：

想要胜任本岗位，候选人需满足以下基础任职条件，以下要求涵盖岗位必备专业知识、实操技能与综合能力。

学历及工作经验

供应链管理、工业工程、工商管理及相关专业本科及以上学历；

制造业生产计划、生产排程相关岗位 3 年及以上工作经验；

有汽车行业从业经验者优先。

专业硬技能

能够熟练操作 SAP 系统；

精通 Excel 高阶函数与数据处理功能；

熟知制造全流程工艺，熟练掌握产能规划逻辑与实操方法。

综合软技能

具备优秀问题解决能力，擅长根因分析定位问题；

沟通协调能力突出，可顺畅对接车间一线、管理层及外协供应商；

条理清晰、工作主动，可同时处理多项工作并合理划分任务优先级。
