Supplier Quality Manager

Responsible for monitoring supplier performance to ensure quality is in line with company or national and international standards. Actively contribute in supplier selection, pro-actively quality assure parts and handling of supplier performance and deviation handling.

Supplier Management

Monitor, review, and highlight any gaps in the performance of a portfolio of smaller suppliers to recommend and ensure delivery of improvements by suppliers or to renegotiate or change contract/supplier.

Stakeholder Engagement

Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.

Performance Management

Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance.  OR Monitor the performance of the team; allocate work and review completion, take appropriate corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality; contribute to formal individual performance management and appraisal.

Data Collection and Analysis

Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.

Manufacturing Methods/Processes Development

Identify shortcomings in existing manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures; deliver straightforward improvements to manufacturing processes and methods with guidance from a more senior colleague.

Operational Compliance

Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. OR Identify, within the team, patterns of non-compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate.

Leadership and Direction

Explain the local action plan to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done, and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization's strategy, mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.

Quality Management System

Contribute to the identification and evaluation of current policies and business processes that are in the scope of the Quality Management System; contribute to the design of the QMS; provide specialist quality management input to the drafting of new policies and procedures, and design of business processes; contribute to the quantification of the costs and business benefits of change.

Improvement/Innovation

Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager.

Personal Capability Building

Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

利益相关方协同

协助开展利益相关方协同工作，包括统筹安排行动方案、会议、专项活动及相关支持材料，以提升利益相关方的理解度与承诺度。

绩效管理

围绕个人绩效目标开展工作，熟练运用绩效管理系统持续提升个人履职效能；

或：统筹团队绩效管理，合理分配工作任务、跟踪任务完成情况，及时采取纠偏措施以保障工作时效性与交付质量；参与正式的员工个人绩效评估与考核工作。

数据采集与分析

依据既定工具、方法与格式，独立开展数据汇总与分析工作。

制造工艺/流程开发

识别现有制造工艺、系统及作业规程中的薄弱环节，在资深同事指导下，实施针对性、可操作性强的工艺与流程优化改进。

运营合规管理

持续深化对组织内部政策、制度以及适用监管法规、行为准则的理解与掌握，并确保自身全部工作严格遵循各项规定要求；

或：在团队层面识别违反组织政策、制度及监管法规、行为准则的共性问题，及时采取适当措施予以报告、整改，并依规向上级升级重大风险事项。

领导力与方向指引

清晰阐释本地行动计划，帮助团队成员理解具体工作任务及其与整体业务规划、组织战略、使命与愿景之间的内在关联；有效激励团队成员，共同达成本地业务目标。

质量管理体系（QMS）建设

参与识别和评估现行纳入质量管理体系范围内的政策与业务流程；参与质量管理体系的整体设计；就新政策、新流程的制定及业务流程优化提供专业化的质量管理意见；参与量化变革举措的成本投入与业务收益。

持续改进与创新

识别现有流程、系统及规程中的不足，提出优化建议，并在项目/项目群经理指导下，制定并执行变革管理计划中某一具体模块的实施方案。

个人能力发展

通过参与能力评估、发展规划、正式及非正式培训、辅导等多种方式，持续提升个人专业素养；在适用领域获取并持续维护外部专业资质认证，以增强履职能力、实现职业潜能；通过持续学习、参加行业会议及研读专业媒体等方式，保持对前沿技术、外部监管动态及行业最佳实践的深度认知。
