Test Center Test Planner

Role Summary:

The Test planner will work in R&D Test center at Rugao factory. Check test requests, prepare and control test planning for Test engineers according to requirements. Plan the tests according to priorities of request types. Based on each engineers’ workload and capacity, plan, distribute test requests and deliver reports.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Global Test process management

- Test demand coordination with workstreams

– Prepare and break down task plans:, sample requirements , test requirements and corresponding standards; discussing with China&Sweden teams for test demand

-Distribute incoming tasks: based on task types and engineers’ workload, distribute the task to test technicians and engineers;

-Test coordination and planning risk assessment

-External supplier test coordination

2. Test flow&systems operation

-Use test system for request management

-Test documentation control

-Test process/system improvement and update

3. Test Center Operation Resource management

- Equipment maintenance and calibration plan

- Sample/tooling/ Consumable management

- Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions

4. Coordination for System Audit like ISO/IATF/CNAS…

5. Other assigned work by Manager.

Candidate Requirements

At least Bachelor’s degree in automotive industry experience necessary. Candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience in Test Center or lab, Candidate should be familiar with Test center and Lab operation process

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-Fluent Spoken English communication, interacting with external and internal stakeholders

-Minimum 5 years of working experience in OEM in Automotive.

-Proven experience in project leading and test planning.

-Proven Experience from 0 to 1 to establish test process and flow

-Good knowledge of Test Center or Lab operation standard like ISO/IATF/CNAS

-Strong skills of office tool like PPT&Excel/Data analysis for organizing work
