负责车间 AGV 及配套充电桩、导航、通讯设备的日常点检、定期保养与隐患排查；快速处置 AGV 现场故障与突发异常，减少产线停线。在工程师指导下完成 AGV 基础参数微调，采集运行数据，协助开展现场技改、路径与站点改造、新项目调试验证。完成各类设备台账、保养及故障记录填报，落实安全与精益规范；值守保障生产物料转运，配合产能爬坡，完成上级交办的其他工作。

Responsible for daily inspection, periodic maintenance and hidden risk identification of workshop AGVs and supporting charging piles, navigation and communication equipment; quickly handle on-site AGV faults and emergencies to reduce production line downtime. Perform fine-tuning of basic AGV parameters and collect operational data under the guidance of engineers, and assist with on-site technical modifications, route & station reconstruction, as well as commissioning and verification of new projects. Fill in equipment ledgers, maintenance and failure records, implement safety and lean production standards; provide on-site support for material handling to match production ramp-up, and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors

Daily Equipment Inspection & Maintenance

Responsible for daily check and periodic maintenance of all in-service workshop AGVs, charging piles, station sensors, navigation markers and communication modules. Conduct cleaning, fastening, inspection, lubrication and battery status check in accordance with equipment SOP, identify potential risks in advance to reduce equipment breakdowns and ensure stable round-the-clock operation of AGVs.

On-site Troubleshooting & Emergency Repair

Respond to AGV abnormalities throughout production shifts. Rapidly resolve common on-site issues including jamming, off-track, navigation loss, docking deviation, communication disconnection, task freeze and E-stop alarms. Restore material handling as soon as possible to minimize production line downtime losses. Escalate complex issues to engineers promptly, support troubleshooting and track until closure.

Routine Parameter Fine-tuning & Operation Optimization Support

Adjust basic AGV parameters such as speed, docking accuracy, avoidance distance, waiting positions and task priority under engineers’ guidance based on actual site conditions. Document operational issues and collect field data including congestion, route conflicts and waiting waste to provide factual input for line balancing and equipment improvement.

Basic Technical Modification & Project Implementation Support

Assist AGV engineers with on-site technical upgrades, route adjustment, new station addition, workstation adaptation and production layout modification. Carry out on-site disassembly & assembly, point calibration, circuit inspection, trial run and issue logging with data feedback. Support commissioning, pilot production verification and on-site rollout of new projects to guarantee smooth launch of technical renovations and new projects.

Equipment Ledger, Records & Document Compliance

Fill out equipment checklists, maintenance logs, repair records, downtime ledgers and technical modification records as required. Timely share equipment status, frequent and recurring faults, assist engineers in root-cause review and standardization. Strictly comply with workshop equipment management rules, safety specifications and lean production requirements.

On-site Material Flow Support & Production Line Coordination

Provide AGV on-duty support to match production takt, production ramp-up and shift requirements. Resolve peak-hour congestion and delayed material supply to ensure smooth material transfer and stable output of main production lines.

Safety Management & Standard Implementation

Abide by equipment safety operating procedures, implement LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), restricted-area operation and safety requirements for equipment commissioning. Prevent unsafe operations, discover and report on-site hazards timely, and maintain tidy equipment, stations and aisles.

日常设备巡检与保养

负责车间所有在用AGV小车、充电桩、站点感应设备、导航标识、通讯模块的日常点检与周期性保养。按照设备SOP完成清洁、紧固、检查、润滑、电池状态检查，提前排查潜在隐患，减少设备停机故障，保证AGV全天稳定运行。

现场故障处理与应急抢修

生产期间全程负责AGV异常响应，快速处理卡滞、脱轨、导航丢失、停靠偏差、通讯断连、任务卡死、急停报错等常见现场问题；第一时间恢复物流转运，减少产线停线损失。复杂问题及时上报工程师并配合排查、跟踪闭环

日常参数微调与运行优化协助

根据现场实际运行情况，在工程师指导下完成AGV速度、停靠精度、避让距离、等待点位、任务优先级等基础参数微调；记录现场运行问题，收集拥堵、动线冲突、等待浪费等现场数据，为线平衡优化和设备改善提供真实依据。

基础技改与项目落地协助

协助AGV工程师完成现场技改、路径调整、站点新增、工位适配、产线布局调整等改造工作。负责现场拆装、点位标定、线路检查、现场试跑、问题记录、数据反馈，配合完成新项目调试、试生产验证与现场落地，保障技改与新项目顺利投产。

设备台账、记录与文档执行

按要求填写设备点检表、保养记录、故障维修记录、停机台账、技改协助记录；及时同步设备状态、高频问题、重复故障，协助工程师完成问题复盘与标准化沉淀。严格执行车间设备管理制度、安全规范及精益生产要求。

现场物流保障与产线配合

配合生产节拍、产能爬坡、班次生产需求，做好AGV值守保障；及时处理高峰期物料转运拥堵、供料不及时等问题，保障车间物料流转顺畅，支撑主线产能稳定输出。

安全管理与标准化执行

严格遵守设备安全操作规范，落实挂牌上锁、禁区作业、设备调试安全要求；杜绝违章操作，及时发现并上报现场安全隐患，保持设备、站点及通道整洁规范

Education and/or Experience

教育和经历

· 中专/大专及以上，机电、自动化、机械、物流相关专业；

· 有工厂3年以上AGV、自动化设备现场运维调试经验经验，

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· 熟悉AGV基本结构、导航、充电、站点逻辑；

· 能独立处理常见AGV现场故障，具备良好的现场应急能力；

· 服从班组及工程师工作安排，执行力强，能适应车间倒班/生产值守；

· 踏实细致、责任心强，具备问题记录、复盘、持续改善意识。
