R&D Workshop Technician

· Responsible for ICE / BEV prototype truck rebuild/retrofit

负责燃油车及纯电卡车车型原型/测试车辆的改制

· Responsible for benchmark/ vehicle test truck disassembly

负责竞品对标车辆及研发测试车辆的拆解

· Support vehicle driving test & other test activities.

道路测试及其他测试支持

· Work also includes maintaining and inspecting the prototype trucks and perform problem solving using fault diagnosis tools and general troubleshooting methods.

原型测试车辆的维护保养及故障诊断分析。

· Workshop daily operation including facility/equipment/chemical/ 5S etc.,

车间运营支持，如设备工具化学品管理/5S等工作

Education and/or Experience

教育和经历

· College degree or above in mechanical speciality.

大专以上机械类专业

· Minimum 5 years of experience in prototype build/rebuild/testing/repairing in OEM or Tier 1 supplier. At least 2 years of working experience with BEV.

5年主机厂或一级供应商的试制/试验/返修工作经验，纯电车型工作经验是加分项

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

知识、技巧和能力

· Experienced in BEV vehicle structure both mechanical and electronical and vehicle communicaiton, Heavy duty truck knowledge is a plus.

掌握燃油及纯电车型的机械结构、电气架构及车辆通讯知识，熟悉重卡车型是加分项

· Strong hands-on skill

动手能力强

· Familiar with Excel/Word/PowerPoint software

熟练使用Excel/Word/PPT等办公软件

· Problem solving competence of fault diagnosis tools and troubleshooting methods.

故障诊断及问题解决能力

· C1 driver license is a must, A2 or B2 is a plus.

需持有C1驾照，B2或A2是加分项

· Low-voltage electrician certification

需持有低压电工证

· Good communication skill, English skill is a plus.

良好的沟通技巧，英语能力是加分项

· Good motivation, teamwork spirit.
