Logistics Group Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead, follow up, and continuously develop both staff and processes

Motivate and train colleagues in methods and way of work

Lead planning and developing activities in logistics

Solve unexpected issues and risk when happens, alert and tackle with any unexpected issues proactively

Implement solutions and activities, and continuous improvement related to SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs.

Actively participate in workshops, projects and decision meetings, represent the project team in cross functional meetings, present status and identify of competence needs

Communicate and disseminate information within the organization

Other relative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above

Experience in logistics area is a necessary

+5 years of experience in leader role (preferably automotive industry)

Fluent oral and written English. Working language will be English

Conflict management and negotiation

Ability to take initiative and work under pressure

People management skills

MS Office 365

ERP/SAP knowledge
