岗位职责
1. Engage in deep collaborative projects with top-tier research partners; use bioinformatics methods for biological mechanism discovery and innovative research directions; conduct preliminary academic consultations, break down research requirements, and oversee project research plan design and implementation.
2. Independently perform vertical integration analysis of proteomics, modification omics, transcriptomics, mutation, and clinical phenotypes; construct multi-layer models.
3. Candidates proficient in deep data mining using AI models + prior knowledge fusion are preferred.
4. Responsible for bioinformatics methodology innovation, analytical pipeline iteration, and deep interpretation system construction to enhance project mechanistic depth and innovation.
岗位要求
1. Education: Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, Systems Biology, or related fields.
2. Experience: 3+ years of multi-omics research experience in academia or industry, with project experience in project design, omics data integration, and bioinformatics-related projects.
3. Key Technical Skills: Experienced in multi-omics vertical integration (proteomics/modification omics + transcriptomics + mutation/clinical phenotype), capable of multi-level cross-analysis.
4. Others: Candidates with AI-bioinformatics integration capabilities, causal regulatory network expertise, or prior knowledge-driven analysis are preferred.
